With a well-managed profile, reviews and posts, a business climbs the local results.

How we work

Our Google Business Profile Management process.

  1. Profile audit

We review missing or incorrect fields, your category choices, and competing profiles.

  2. Optimization

We refine your categories, services, description, and photos to match search intent.

  3. Regular posts & updates

We publish offers and announcements as posts to keep your profile active.

  4. Review management & reporting

We manage your reviews, handle negative ones professionally, and report on performance.

Who needs Google Business Profile management?

Any business whose customers walk through the door or pick up the phone. Someone who finds you on the map often decides without ever visiting your website: they look at the rating, the photos, the opening hours, and the replies to reviews. When a profile is created once and then left alone, that first impression is left to chance too.

Google Business Profile management makes the biggest difference when the profile was set up years ago and never updated, when reviews sit unanswered, when the only photos are the ones customers uploaded, or when business details have changed but the profile hasn't caught up. If you don't have a profile at all, we also walk you through adding your business to Google Maps and getting it verified.

Regular posts and current photos show that the profile is active. When information like offers, new services, events, or holiday hours reaches the profile on time, customers don't turn up to a closed door, and you head off a complaint that would have been justified.

What changes on your profile in the first month?

The first month is for cleanup and completion. Every empty field on the profile is a missed relevance signal, and a poorly chosen primary category can leave the profile trailing in relevant searches.

Photos deserve the same care: the exterior and entrance help customers find you, the interior and team help them trust you, and images of your work help them decide. We can't remove photos uploaded by customers, but we can shape how the profile looks at first glance with your own images. At the start, we do the following:

  • Reselect the primary and secondary categories based on your business and how people search for it
  • Enter complete service and product lists, with descriptions
  • Update the business description, opening hours, and special hours
  • Upload current, high-quality photos on a regular schedule
  • Reply to pending reviews and set up a review request link
  • Compare against competing profiles and record baseline data

How do we handle Google review management?

Google review management comes down to two jobs: getting new reviews to come in and responding well to the ones that do. For the first, we set up a simple routine that reaches the customer at the right moment: a short review link, a ready-made message, and a reminder once the job is done.

Offering a reward or discount in exchange for a review is against Google's rules, and so is asking only the customers you expect to be happy. Asking every customer the same way, right after the job, is both compliant and sustainable.

We draft replies in your brand's voice and publish them with your approval. For negative reviews, rather than getting defensive we write replies that take the problem seriously and point to a way forward, because that reply is read less by the reviewer than by the people who look at the profile later. For reviews that are false or that break the rules, we use Google's reporting process; the decision to remove them rests with Google.

How do we measure the profile's performance?

Performance data comes straight from Google, and it's valuable because it shows how many people took action, not just how many saw you. If views are rising while calls and direction requests aren't, the problem usually lies in the photos, the rating, or missing information; we interpret that in the report too. Each month we compare these indicators with the previous period:

  • How many times the profile was viewed in Search and Maps
  • Phone calls made from the profile
  • Direction requests
  • Website clicks
  • The search terms people used to find the profile
  • The number of new reviews and the average rating

What don't we promise in profile management?

We don't guarantee the top spot on Maps; results change with where the searcher is, and no one controls that factor. What we can do is make every signal that can be controlled complete.

We don't use tactics like purchased reviews, adding keywords to the business name, or opening a profile at an address where you aren't actually located. These violate Google's rules and can end in a suspended profile. We don't promise to get negative reviews taken down either.

Profile management is also no substitute for a website or for local SEO. In highly competitive searches, the content of the site linked to the profile and the consistency of your business information across the web affect the outcome too, so where needed we recommend planning the two together. How long results take also varies by industry: completing an incomplete profile pays off relatively quickly, while a growing body of reviews and regular activity make a difference over time.

FAQ

About Google Business Profile Management.

Can I hide my address on Google Business Profile?

Yes. As a service-area business, we can list only the areas you serve without displaying your address.

Do you reply to Google reviews on my behalf?

With your approval, we write and publish professional replies in your brand's voice.

How often should I post on Google Business Profile?

Usually once a week; we agree on the schedule together based on your campaigns.

Who keeps ownership of the profile?

You do. You remain the primary owner of the profile, and we're added as a manager. When our work together ends, you can remove our access yourself.

My profile was suspended. Can you help?

Yes. We look into the reason for the suspension, fix what's missing, and support you through Google's official appeal process. The outcome and timing depend on Google's review.

Does profile management work without a website?

It does; a profile can bring in calls and direction requests on its own. Even so, a site linked to the profile that explains your services supports both trust and search visibility.
