Your website is the center of your business online. We design sites that do more than look good: they load fast, work well on every phone, and get found in both search engines and AI-powered search.

Instead of a quick template job, we build a custom, measurable foundation that's ready to grow with your brand. Every site ships SEO- and GEO-ready from day one, and you own it outright. We're based in Istanbul, work on-site across Türkiye, and serve clients remotely worldwide.

How we work

Our Web Design process.

  1. Brief & discovery

We analyze your goals, audience, and competitors to pin down exactly what the site needs to achieve.

  2. Sitemap & content plan

We map out the page structure and a content plan aligned with search intent.

  3. Design & development

We design an interface tailored to your brand and build it quickly on a modern, server-rendered stack.

  4. SEO, analytics & speed

We set up structured data, meta tags, the XML sitemap, and analytics, run Core Web Vitals checks, and take the site live.

Who should have a website built?

Having a website built makes sense for any business whose customers look for it online: clinics, restaurants, service companies, manufacturers, and B2B firms. A social media account or a maps listing isn't enough on its own, because both live on someone else's platform and you don't set the rules. Your website is the one digital space that belongs entirely to you. It's where everyone coming from search results, ads, and social media ends up, and where you explain your services, how you work, and how to reach you in your own words.

For most business websites, these pages are enough: a home page, a separate page for each service, an about page, a contact page, and frequently asked questions. Giving each service its own page matters, because people search for the service rather than the company name, and search engines evaluate each page around a single topic.

If this is your first website, we recommend keeping the scope small and starting from a solid foundation; pages can be added as the need arises. If your current site loads slowly, looks broken on a phone, or can't be updated without outside help, a rebuild is the better route. In a rebuild we redirect the old URLs to the new pages and aim to preserve the search visibility you already have.

What's ready at handover?

What we hand over is a live, working, measurable site, not a design file. We build on a modern, server-rendered stack: page content reaches visitors and search engines fully formed, which supports both load speed and crawlability. On launch day, the following is in place:

  • Pages designed for your brand that work smoothly on phones and desktops
  • A modern, server-rendered stack with fast load times and Core Web Vitals checks completed
  • Core technical SEO: titles, meta descriptions, an XML sitemap, and structured data
  • An admin panel you can use to update content yourself
  • Google Search Console and Analytics setup
  • Security measures and regular backups
  • A domain and site registered in your name

What determines the cost of a business website?

We don't publish a single list price for business website design, because the price depends less on the number of pages than on what the site has to do. A brochure site with a handful of pages doesn't take the same effort as one that takes online bookings, runs in two languages, or hosts a product catalog. We give you a written quote once the scope has been clarified in our first meeting.

Deciding together up front what you need and what you don't keeps the total cost predictable. Every feature added later becomes a separate line item, so at the outset we separate what's necessary now from what can be added down the road. The main factors that affect the price are:

  • The number of pages and amount of content, and who prepares the copy and images
  • Custom features: appointments, reservations, a product catalog, online payments, quote request forms
  • Whether you need multiple languages, with separate content for each
  • Content migration from your existing site and URL redirects
  • The scope of post-launch maintenance and content support

Common mistakes in website projects

The mistake we see most often is starting the design with colors and imagery. The first thing to settle is what a visitor should do on the site: call, fill out a form, book an appointment? A design made before that is clear looks good but doesn't bring in inquiries.

The second is registering the domain in the name of the agency or an employee. Whoever the domain is registered to is the real owner of the site; when the working relationship ends, the site can become impossible to move. The third is loading up a ready-made theme with plugins: the site slows down, updates break one another, and fixing speed problems after the fact is more work than building it right the first time.

Another common problem is that the site is forgotten once it goes live. Opening hours change, new services are added, the team turns over; if the site stays the same, both visitors and search engines start to doubt that it's current. That's why we set up the admin panel so it takes no technical knowledge, and show you how to use it at handover.

What do we need from you?

Nothing speeds up the process more than content arriving on time. We can write the copy from the information you give us, but nobody knows your business better than you do. Gathering the following at the start of the project keeps the schedule on track:

  • Your logo and, if you have them, your brand identity files
  • A list of your services or products with short descriptions
  • Photos of your premises, team, and work (if you don't have any, a shoot can be planned separately)
  • A few example sites you like and a few you don't
  • A single point of contact who makes decisions and collects feedback

FAQ

About Web Design.

How long does it take to build a business website?

It depends on scope; a typical business website is ready within a few weeks. We confirm the exact timeline in our proposal.

Will I own my website and domain?

Yes. The domain and the site are registered entirely in your name, and you can update the content yourself through the admin panel.

Is SEO included in your web design service?

Yes. Core technical SEO (structured data, meta tags, sitemap, and speed) is built in from the start. Ongoing SEO is available as a separate service.

Will I lose my Google rankings if you rebuild my existing site?

In a rebuild we connect the old URLs to the new pages with permanent redirects and preserve the heading and content structure. There may be brief fluctuations during the transition; the goal is to carry over your existing visibility and build on it.

Who prepares the copy and images?

We can write the copy from the information you give us, or edit the text you already have. For images we use the photos you have on hand; if a shoot is needed, it's planned separately.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Technical support, security, and backups are part of the service. You can make content updates yourself through the admin panel or leave them to us.
