Social media is your brand's digital storefront. A consistent visual identity and well-planned content build trust and bring in new customers.

Instead of scattered, one-off posts, we build a regular, measurable social media presence tailored to your audience.

How we work

Our Social Media Management process.

  1. Strategy & calendar

We define your target audience and tone of voice, and build a monthly content calendar.

  2. Content & design

We create images, videos, and copy tailored to your brand.

  3. Posting & community

We post consistently and manage your community through comments and messages.

  4. Analytics & reporting

We measure engagement and growth and adjust the strategy based on the data.

Who is social media management right for?

Someone hearing about you for the first time will often check your Instagram account before anything else: when was the last post, what does the work look like, what do the comments say? If the account hasn't been updated in months, people even wonder whether the business is still open. More than anything, consistent management closes that trust gap. A well-kept account is also the foundation for advertising: when someone who saw your ad lands on the profile and finds it current and cared for, the budget you spent pays off.

The service suits businesses that can't find time to post, whose accounts look disorganized, or that produce content without seeing a return. For B2B companies looking for corporate social media management, the weight shifts toward LinkedIn, expertise-led content, and employer branding; the platform and the voice are chosen accordingly.

Not every business needs to be on every platform. Showing up consistently on the one or two channels where your audience actually spends time beats appearing now and then on many. We choose the right platform together, looking at your industry, your target audience, and the content you're able to produce.

What's ready in the first month of social media management?

The first month is for fixing the account's foundations and establishing a routine. Before posting begins, the profile needs to tell people at a glance what you do, where you are, and how to reach you.

We plan content under a few themes: posts that show your work, content that informs and answers questions, shots that introduce the team and the space, and offers and announcements. That balance keeps the account from turning into a storefront that only sells. By the end of the first month, the following is ready:

  • A short strategy document defining the target audience, tone, and content themes
  • Profile setup: bio, links, highlights, and visual templates
  • A monthly content calendar submitted for your approval
  • Posts, carousels, and short videos designed for your brand
  • A response routine for keeping up with comments and messages
  • An end-of-month report on reach, engagement, and profile visits

What determines the price of social media management?

The price depends less on the number of accounts than on the type and frequency of the content to be produced. Designed posts and videos that need shooting and editing every week don't take the same effort. We give you a quote after discussing your needs and putting the scope in writing; we don't add items you won't use.

  • The number of platforms to be managed
  • The monthly number of posts, stories, and videos
  • How much video editing and animation is involved
  • Whether photo and video shoots are needed (shoots are a separate service)
  • The scope of comment and message management
  • Whether ad management is included

What do we need from you for content?

Good social media content is made from material that comes from inside the business. Real photos and videos of your space, your team, and your work are far more convincing than stock visuals. So we regularly ask you for raw footage and for details on offers and news.

Building a small content pool each month makes the work easier: short videos shot on a phone during the day, photos of finished jobs, questions from customers. This ordinary-looking material is often the source of the most genuine posts.

The second need is quick approval. Approving the calendar in one go at the start of the month keeps posts going out without delays. Community management depends on the same speed: replying to comments and messages within a reasonable time matters as much as the post itself. We pass questions we can't answer on to you right away. We also ask you to name a contact who will respond to messages about things only you can know, such as pricing, stock, or appointments.

What do we measure on social media, and what don't we promise?

In our reports we look less at follower count than at the indicators that carry over to your business: profile visits, link clicks, incoming messages, and content that gets saved or shared. We see which types of content land and shape the next month's calendar accordingly.

We don't buy followers or likes, and we don't promise a specific follower count. Purchased followers bring no engagement, and they make it harder for the account to reach its real audience.

Organic reach is limited; Instagram account management on its own won't multiply sales in a short time. Organic content builds trust, while reaching a new audience usually takes ad support. And no one can know in advance which post will go viral; our job is to keep up a consistent, high-quality flow.

FAQ

About Social Media Management.

Which social media platforms do you manage?

Primarily Instagram and Facebook; depending on your audience, we can also plan for TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Do you do photo and video shoots for social media?

Yes. Photo and video production is available as a separate service.

Are paid ads included in social media management?

Organic management and paid ads (Meta Ads) are separate services; they work best when used together.

Do you get my approval before posting?

Yes. The content calendar and designs are submitted for your approval before they're published; nothing you haven't approved gets posted.

Who owns the accounts?

The accounts belong to you. We work through the admin access you give us to your own accounts; when our work together ends, all you need to do is remove that access.

How often do you post?

It depends on your industry and the scope. Consistency matters more than frequency; we settle on a sustainable pace together in our first meeting.
