How we work

Our Meta Ads Management process.

  1. Audience & strategy

We define your target audience, your message, and the funnel structure, from awareness to conversion.

  2. Creative & copy

We produce eye-catching images, videos, and ad copy.

  3. Pixel & conversion tracking

We install the Meta Pixel, measure conversions, and build retargeting audiences.

  4. Optimization & A/B testing

We improve creative and targeting through A/B tests and report on performance.

Who are Instagram and Facebook ads right for?

Search ads capture demand that already exists; Meta ads create it. People don't go to Instagram to search for a service; they engage with what shows up in front of them. That's why businesses that can be shown visually do well here: food and drink, beauty, fashion, home and decor, events, education, and newly opened venues.

For services people look for in an urgent moment, such as a locksmith or a plumber, advertising on Instagram may not be the right choice on its own; search ads come first there. For most businesses the best results come from planning the two channels together: Meta sparks the interest, and search and retargeting complete the decision.

Another strength for local businesses is that targeting can be limited to a specific area. A venue in Istanbul can show its ads only to people in the part of the city it can actually reach, so the budget isn't spent on people who can't get to you.

What gets set up in the first month of Meta ads?

Before any ad goes live, we set up the measurement and account infrastructure, because Meta's system learns who to show ads to from the conversion signals it receives. If the signals are missing or wrong, the budget is spent on the wrong people.

Retargeting is one of the most efficient parts of this setup: people who have visited your site, looked at your profile, or watched one of your videos are closer to taking action than people who have never heard of you. Defining these audiences from the start lays the groundwork for the campaigns of the months ahead. In the first month, the following is ready:

  • Ad account, Page, and Instagram account connections put in order
  • Meta Pixel installation, with conversion events such as form submissions, messages, and calls defined
  • A campaign structure that runs from awareness to conversion
  • Image and video creative and ad copy that present the same offer from different angles
  • Retargeting audiences made up of site visitors and people who have engaged with your account
  • The first A/B tests, with budget allocated according to their results

Why does creative matter as much as targeting?

Meta's system largely learns on its own who to show an ad to. The strongest lever in your hands is the ad itself: does it catch attention in the first second, is the offer clear, does the footage look real? A generic image built from stock photography can fall behind a candid video shot on a phone.

That's why our Instagram ad management starts not with a single image but with several takes on the same offer. We let the data decide which one works and regularly refresh creative that has worn out. Having real footage of your premises, products, and team is a big advantage.

Copy is part of the creative too. An ad that says in its first lines who it's speaking to, what it offers, and what the next step is works more clearly than one that describes the brand at length. We ask for a single action in every ad: send a message, fill out a form, or visit the site.

What determines your Meta ad budget?

The ad budget is paid directly to Meta; our management fee is separate and agreed up front. With a small budget, the spend should be concentrated on a single objective rather than split across many campaigns; otherwise no campaign gathers enough results for the system to learn from. The right budget varies with these factors:

  • The objective: collecting messages and form submissions, store visits, or online sales
  • The size of the audience and the area you want to reach
  • The number of creatives and audiences being tested at the same time
  • Whether producing the creative requires a shoot
  • Whether there's enough site and account traffic for retargeting

How do we measure success, and what don't we promise?

Likes and reach are not goals in themselves. Our reports cover spend, cost per result (message, form, or sale), click-through rate, and performance by creative. We run Facebook ad management and the Instagram side in the same account and track them separately by placement. With Meta ads, the sale doesn't always happen at first contact: a person sees the ad, looks at the profile, and writes days later. So we judge the outcome by total inquiries and cost, not by any single ad.

Because of cookie consent and device privacy settings, the Meta Pixel can't see every conversion, so reported numbers may come in below the real figure. We don't hide this limit; we read the data alongside the actual inquiries you see. We also don't promise a specific number of sales or followers; what we promise is regular testing and a clear report. We review the report with you every month and decide there which creative and which audience to try next.

FAQ

About Meta Ads Management.

Is it better to advertise on Instagram or Facebook?

It depends on your audience. We usually run both together and shift budget based on performance.

Do you create the ad content?

Yes. We produce the ad creative and copy, tailored to your brand.

Can I run Meta Ads and Google Ads together?

Yes. Search (Google) and discovery (Meta) reinforce each other, and managing them together makes both stronger.

Who is the ad budget paid to?

The budget is paid directly to Meta through the payment method on your ad account. Our fee covers management and creative services and is set separately.

I don't have many followers. Will ads still work?

Yes. Ads are shown to the audience you target, not to your followers. Still, people who see the ad will look at your profile, so an account that looks tidy and up to date affects the result.

Isn't the Boost Post button enough?

It can be used for quick visibility, but the objective, audience, and placement options are limited. Campaigns built in Ads Manager are optimized toward a conversion objective and allow for testing.
